PLAYING EXCELLENCE!

This coming September, one of the most anticipated musical seasons begins in Barcelona, that of the Orquestra Simfònica Camera Musicae. We are excited to share with you the magic of live music and the great programme that we have prepared, coinciding with our 15th anniversary.

Ours is a story aimed at excellence thanks to the significant mark left by all the artists who have accompanied and encouraged us from day one. It is thanks to all of them that we are who we are and why we play with such enthusiasm, attitude and commitment.

In a season where we want to celebrate excellence, and look forward to even greater success we want to bring you great artists of recognized international prestige, such as the pianists Ivo Pogorelich and Maria João Pires, the cellist Mischa Maisky, the violinist Midori, the conductors Andrea Marcon and Simon Halsey and the Orfeó Català, among others.

We have planned a journey through the works of the most important composers in classical music history, from Bach to John Williams, through Mozart, Schubert, Brahms, Dvořák, Stravinsky… and, of course, Beethoven, for whom we are continuing to celebrate the 250th anniversary of his birth.
