INTERPRETING THE MOMENT
We are immensely pleased to present the new season of the Franz Schubert Filharmonia. A season where the orchestra, true to its principles in the pursuit of excellence, wants to deepen its desire to offer its subscribers and fans great musical experiences with the best national and international performers.
In this spirit, each of the concerts that define the season has been elaborated, with detail and care. Concerts that will offer us unique moments where we can feel the compositional splendor of Vivaldi and Händel, thanks to two reference directors in this repertoire such as Paul Agnew and Rinaldo Alessandrini, moments to surrender to the moving beauty of the Bach Suites performed for the great Mischa Maisky, moments to surprise us with Mozart’s infinite musical imagination with Javier Perianes and Salvador Mas, or to move us with the romantic depth of Beethoven, Brahms and Bruch by artists such as Paul Lewis, Alexandra Soumm, Pablo González, Patricia Kopatchinskaja or Alexei Volodin and also moments where you can listen to the latent human soul in the symphonies of Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninoff conducted by our titular and artistic director, Tomàs Grau.
We invite you, then, to share with us the experience of great symphonic music. To fully experience the unrepeatable fact of live emotion. To enjoy the present. To Interpret the Moment.
