Welcome to the musical battle of the superheroes! We already know it’s their job to fight supervillains, but today we’re going to turn the battle into music: the soundtracks of Marvel heroes versus the soundtracks of DC heroes. On one side, leading the team, Spiderman, Captain Marvel and The Avengers. On the other, a group led by Wonder Woman, Batman and Superman. Let the music play!
The Disney and Warner factories have been fighting for decades to produce the best superhero movies and, of course, bet hard on music that lives up to it. The first great modern cinematic superhero was Superman and it was presented accompanied by a spectacular soundtrack signed by the great John Williams. Then came Batman (with music by Danny Elfman), Captain America (with a score by Alan Silvestri), Wonder Woman (with music by Oscar winner Hans Zimmer) or Captain Marvel (with a soundtrack by the composer Pinar Toprak ). Between Marvel and DC they have produced over fifty superhero movies with super music going into battle. Who will win the fight? Surely all of us!
