From the Franz Schubert Filharmonia we present our 2023-24 Season at the Palau de la Música Catalana, our 12th Season of concerts in this emblematic hall.

We present 8 concerts serving the great repertoire of composers such as Beethoven, Stravinsky, Mozart, Bach, Rachmaninoff, Sibelius, Casals, Tchaikovsky, Richter, Guinovart or Puccini.

We will be accompanied by key personalities from the international scene such as the great master Christoph Eschenbach, the master Krzysztof Urbański conducting Tchaikovsky's Fourth Symphony and the soprano Ermonela Jaho performing arias by Puccini.

We will experience the debut of artists such as the pianist Anna Fedorova performing the Rachmaninoff's Concert No. 3, the guitarist Miloš Karadaglić with el Concierto de Aranjuez, the violinist Soyoung Yoon with the Sibelius Concerto and the Trio Ludwig with the Beethoven's Triple Concerto.

We will again have the talent of the legend Mischa Maisky, finishing the complete Bach Suites, and we will be reunited with the violinist Sayaka Shoji leading Max Richter's Recomposed Four Seasons.

Tomàs Grau, Chief Conductor and Artistic Director of the Franz Schubert Filharmonia, will lead programs such as the Rite of Spring or the Symphony of the New World and we will commemorate, exactly on the same day, the two hundredth anniversary of the premiere of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony with the Cor Madrigal.
